My yoga journey started in 2014 when I went to a hot yoga studio near me. After the class, I realised what I had been missing from my life spiritually, mentally and physically. I used to suffer with a bad back after having my children but I don’t anymore since practicing yoga.
I decided to take my practice up a level, seeing as yoga had helped me in so many ways. I looked for a teacher training to suit my family and me, and then a friend told me about Lumi in Hammersmith. I did my 200hr teacher training with Lumi in March 2017. I feel like yoga has saved my life in so many ways and I just want to share my love for yoga.
Why and How I Teach
For me, yoga is my food for my soul and my physical body. My experience of coming on my yoga mat is that it’s time for me to have some time out, from being a mum, partner, friend and just breathe. Through my teaching, I want to share the healing benefits inside and out. And not forgetting to have some fun on your mat too.
