In this 6-week online beginner course you will:
- Learn the basics to build a strong yoga practice. Each week has a theme to explore and you will deepen the practice step by step – no rush
- Build confidence in your practice and poses to take different yoga classes
- Discover tools and techniques that make a difference for you
- Have expert tuition via online video system Zoom
Over 6 weeks. Weekly sessions on Saturdays 10am-11am (first session 6 February 2021).
£79 including all sessions, emails of recordings if you miss live sessions.
After starting yoga to complement martial arts training, Rebecca soon discovered its healing magic when time on the mat helped her overcome issues with stress and anxiety. After practicing regularly for six years, she decided to do 200-hour teacher training at Lumi Power Yoga – and hasn’t looked back.
When teaching, Rebecca empowers students by leading them to self-acceptance through physical yoga practice. She is a firm believer that if you can breathe, you can practice yoga. The transformational magic of yoga happens just as much in the mind as it does in the body.
