ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Do you want to start the new year with vitality and clear intentions? Perhaps you are unclear how to navigate challenges in your life? Or simply looking to boost your physical, mental and spiritual health? This 30-day programme is an opportunity to re-connect with your core and to create more ease and flow in the everyday.
Drawing on the wisdom traditions of the world and designed to build resilience and connection with yourself and others even when the external circumstances change, Body & Soul is a discovery into inner clarity, joy and strength.
DURING 30 DAYS, YOU WILL:
• Practice yoga minimum four days / week, in the studio or virtually. Your practices can be tracked on the studio wallchart with dots for each practice day!
• Explore a weekly theme through personal journaling and reflection
• Receive a weekly video and enquiry questions exploring a specific theme
• Join a weekly group meeting (virtually) to connect with others and deepen your own discovery
If you have completed 40 Days programmes at Lumi in the past, this programme has some familiar elements. Body & Soul is simpler and shorter has different themes and focuses on regular practice and enquiry. The intention is to learn to navigate day to day life with more ease, practicing the art of letting go and being connected with the moments as they unfold.

• Kick-off meeting: Sunday 26 Jan, 4pm-5pm, via Zoom (30 Day count starts on Monday 27 January and finishes on Tuesday 25 February 2025)
• Weekly meetings: Wednesdays at 7.00pm-8.00pm via Zoom

COST:
There are different pricing options for the programme to suit what works best for you. Here are the options:
Body & Soul CORE: Includes meetings, emails, enquiry questions and weekly videos. This is the best option for monthly members and for those who have a self-practice. Price: £30 (£1 per day!)
Body & Soul CORE + Unlimited Studio and Livestream Classes for 30 Days: Free access to any Lumi studio or livestream class plus all that is included in core package. Price: £199
FACILITATOR:
Body & Soul programme is created and led by Ari, co-founder of Lumi Power Yoga. He has led several transformational programmes and 20 teacher trainings at Lumi and also works with individual and large scale change in organisations.
