In these workshops we will break down specific anatomical muscle groups or specific areas of your body to deepen awareness of what is happening in your body and practice. We begin with a short lecture on the topic and move onto applying the learnings in a yoga flow. You will learn how to activate and move more specifically whilst discovering your body on a whole new level.
Elina has recently been diving into further studies in anatomy and movement and can’t wait to share some of this with you. Her intention is to simplify anatomy and make it easy for you to apply in your practice.

Hips is hugely powerful area of the body and hips are handling so much movement, supporting both lower and upper parts of the body. Imbalances in hips will often radiate out into different parts of the body without us realising that root causes are in the hips. As the song says, “hips don’t lie…”
