Only when you pause you have access to create something new. Come and let strength, calmness and peace sweap over you in pure nature with Lumi Power Yoga founders Elina and Ari. This is an opportunity to ease tension in your mind and body and revitalise your whole being.
We will immerse ourselves in daily yoga practices, meditation and inquiry that will leave you feeling connected, energised and empowered. The idyllic, authentic Nordic location provides fresh air and views of archipelago to open up all your senses. The vibrant food nourishes your body from inside out. Step into this true Nordic experience with us. You can explore the stillness. You can enjoy the company. Most importantly, you can create space for something new by stepping out of the day-to-day business.
This retreat is accessible to all levels with the expectation of Power Yoga being the core of what we are doing.
PROGRAMME
We start each day with meditation followed by a nourishing breakfast, morning walk and a yoga practice. After lunch you can relax and restore, take a dip in the ocean, enjoy the company of other lovely people, go for walks or hug trees! In the afternoon we come together again to practice, this time for a more restorative yoga session. Each day we will do some journaling and inquiry and enjoy time together over dinner. During the week, we will offer a couple of masterclasses on specific topics, come ready to breathe, Move and unwind with us.
VENUE
The venue sets a tone for the week: the idyllic Soulspace Yoga Retreat in Swedish Archipelago, less than two hours from Stockholm Arlanda airport. You will be surrounded by nature – the sea, the forests, the fields. Soulspace is designed for yoga retreats and offers beautiful yoga spaces, cosy accommodation and plenty of space to relax. It is also easy to add a trip to Stockholm before or after the retreat.
PRICE
The price for the retreat includes three meals and a snack each day, accommodation as well as all yoga teaching and other sessions. You will make your own travel arrangements (excluded in the price) and we will help with coordinating rides and buses to and from the retreat. There are different accommodation options, all prices are per person:
• Double room with own bathroom – £1,445 per person ( 2 people sharing)
• Double room with shared bathroom – £1,295 per person ( 2 people sharing)
• Single room with shared bathrooms – £1,445 per person
To confirm a spot, a deposit of £350 is required. First come first served.

TEACHERS
The retreat will be led by Elina and Ari Iso-Rautio, founders of Lumi Power Yoga. Elina and Ari are experienced yoga teachers and leaders of trainings and programmes. This retreat is unique as Sweden is now home for the family!
Refunds and cancellation
If you cancel prior to 8 weeks before the start of the retreat, we will refund 50% of the full retreat fee.
If you cancel your place less than 8 weeks before the first day of the retreat, Lumi Power Yoga is unable to offer you a refund.
If you need to leave the retreat for any reason once the retreat has started, we are unable to offer you a refund or defer your retreat place.
In the unlikely event of extenuating circumstances, Lumi Power Yoga reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the structure of the retreat at any time. If the retreat is canceled prior to the event start, the retreat may be rescheduled and if students cannot attend the new retreat then 100% refunds will be made.

We reserve the right to photograph or film during the retreat and to use these images for marketing purposes. Please let us know beforehand if you are not comfortable with this.
