The yin yang symbol is an amazing piece of graphic design recognised by many the world over and has been around for over a thousand years. But what does this fundamental concept in Chinese philosophy mean for us today? How do these two energy forces effect our world, our life, our body, our yoga practice, our relationships and our health?
In this workshop we will explore yin yang theory and the different ways we can apply this ancient wisdom. We will place our bodies in all sorts of shapes to restore, re-energise and rejuvenate to leave us feeling relaxed, calm and peaceful.
