My story

I joined Lumi Power Yoga in 2024, having previously taught at studios in New Zealand and the Cayman Islands. I have also assisted and lead various workshops and teacher trainings. I trained under Hamish Kenworthy.

Why And How I Teach

I teach for various reasons, but often for the joy and inspiration that I draw from practitioners. My classes are dynamic and challenging with an emphasis on breath and alignment. Like all classes, they are best experienced rather than read about.
