LEGAL ISSUES

 This page together with any documents referred to in it sets out the terms of business on which we supply any services to you via our website at https://www.lumipoweryoga.com/ (the “Site”) and our physical location at 121 King Street W6 9JG (the “Studio”) to you. You should read these terms of business carefully and in full before ordering any Services via the Site or at the Studio. By ordering any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms of business.

1. Who we are

The Site is a website operated by Lumi Power Yoga Ltd of 121 King Street Hammersmith W6 9JG. The Venue is a yoga studio operated by Lumi Power Yoga Ltd of 121 King Street Hammersmith W6 9JG. These are referred to throughout these terms of business as “we” or “us” or similar.

2.  Who you are

By placing an order through the Site or at the Studio, you warrant to us that:

·        you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

·        you are at least 18 years old.

3. Our contract

Once you have placed your order, we may send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt. Please note that this does not mean that we have accepted your order. Your order constitutes your offer to us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and any such acceptance will be made by sending you an e-mail or confirmation via other means.

4.  Price and payment

4.1 The price of any Services will be as quoted on the Site or displayed at the studio from time to time in pounds sterling (£), except in cases of obvious error where we will not be bound by the erroneous price. The price must be paid prior to any order being finalised.

4.2 The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (if VAT is applicable).

5. Cancellation policy (please note separate class cancellation policy later in the document)

5.1  Your legal or statutory rights are not affected by any of the following.

5.2  You may have a right to cancel a contract between us, which is subject to these terms and conditions, pursuant to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This clause on cancellation rights only applies to orders made via our website, on our app or at the physical venue.

5.3  The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you order any Services. You hereby request that the Services be provided to you before the end of any cancellation period that may be available to you. You acknowledge that you will lose any cancellation rights that you may have, once the Service has been completed.

5.4 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

5.5  If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, subject to us retaining part payment on a pro rata basis for any Services already provided prior to cancellation.

5.6 We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract.

5.7  We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

6. Termination and remedies

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which we may have, we may terminate this agreement, without liability to you (and without any obligations to you regardless of whether they existed before the breach) and without refund of any monies, immediately on giving notice to you if you should be in breach of any of the terms of these terms and conditions.

7.  Events outside our control

7.1  We do not accept any liability for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of our obligations under a contract between us where such failure or delay is caused by events outside our control (“Force Majeure Event”).

7.2 A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our control and includes in particular (but without limitation) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport, impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks, or the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

7.3 Our performance of any contract with you is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

8. Law and jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of Services through the Site will be governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

 

WAIVERS RELATING TO SPECIFIC ISSUES

Personal Belongings and Safety

  • Neither Lumi Power Yoga, nor its employees or agents, shall be liable for any loss, damage or theft of any property (including bicycles) brought onto or left outside the premises. For security reasons customers may take personal belongings and valuables into the yoga and treatment rooms.
  • All mobile phones must be switched off.

Fitness and Health

  • Many of the classes, workshops and trainings at Lumi Power Yoga takes place in a room heated to between 32 and 35 degrees celsius. Each customer agrees to familiarise themselves with what classes involve prior to assessing whether they are fit to participate in a class. Customers should refer to the Website or speak to a member of staff for further information.
  • Lumi Power Yoga staff and teachers are not medically trained and are therefore not qualified to assess whether a customer or any guest is in good physical condition and/or that the member can engage in any exercise without detriment to the customer’s health, safety, comfort or physical condition. Please however notify your teacher of any health issues prior to the start of the class.
  • Customers are advised not to undertake physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition. By taking part in classes, workshops and trainings held at Lumi Power Yoga customers agree that they know of no medical or other condition why they should not be capable of participating in the exercises offered by Lumi Power Yoga, and that these would not be detrimental to the Customer’s health, safety or physical condition.
  • Lumi Power Yoga reserves the right to refuse access to any Customer if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of such facilities.
  • Customers shall not use Lumi Power Yoga facilities if they are suffering from: low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities, any infectious or contagious illness, disease or other ailment where there is a risk, however small, that such ailment may be detrimental to the health safety, comfort or physical condition of the other customers. If there is any doubt, the customer should consult their doctor. Customers must notify Lumi Power Yoga of any circumstances affecting their health which may be exacerbated through continued use of the Studio.
  • Customers are required to follow the instructions of the teacher at all times.
  • Medical reason refunds, may instead be given in credit with amended dates, or we may allow transfers to other persons, at our absolute discretion. Refunds may be partial only if some classes have already been taken.

 

COVID-19

Following the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we at Lumi Power Yoga are doing our part to protect you, our other customers, the community generally and our staff. To this extent, we will be following UK government advice with regard to social distancing practices and sanitation. We ask that our customers disclose their health history and help us with comply with our safety practices.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include:

  • Fever
  • Fatigue
  • Dry Cough
  • Difficulty Breathing

I agree to the following:

  • I have not, nor have any members of my household, experienced any of the symptoms listed above within the last 14 days.
  • I do not, nor do any members of my household, believe that we have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
  • I have not, nor have any members of my household, been diagnosed with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) within the last 30 days.

If any of the above apply to you, please do not come to the studio for the next 14 days. Following that time, the next time you come to the studio, please provide a medical certificate showing that you are now free from Coronavirus (COVID-19). If any of your memberships, passes or dates for drop-ins have been affected by this, we will extend these on receipt of a medical certificate that we approve.

We are following specific practices to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). These are outlined in our Safe Studio Practices. These include but are not limited to:

  • Customers must comply with all social distancing guidelines posted on notices at our venue, communicated by our staff, guidance we let you know of via email or otherwise and all other government guidelines.
  • Higher rates of ventilation and enhanced cleaning processes
  • Recommendation to wear a face covering in common areas
  • Each customer is required to wash or disinfect their hands upon arrival.
  • Attendance in each class needs to be booked online on our website or app.
  • Bring your own yoga mat and props if possible.

We operate limited class sizes, which may affect the availability of classes on certain peak days and times.

We cannot be held liable for any exposure to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) at our venue – this could be caused by several factors outside of our control; and despite our best attempts to sanitise our venue and prevent all people from attending our venue who might be ill, it is not possible to guarantee this.  For example, people who attend could be asymptomatic. We live in a world with many viruses, such as the common cold and influenza and it is not always possible to avoid infection with these – we will do our best to make sure you are not exposed, but we cannot guarantee this.

I hereby release and agree to hold the Company (and its directors and employees) harmless from any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation or loss to myself or others, that may arise in any way in connection with attendance at the studio. In particular, I agree to release you from any and all such liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Pregnancy

We offer specific classes for pregnancy and recommend not to start power yoga practice as a beginner when you’re pregnant. Regular non-pregnancy classes on the schedule are not to be attended during the first trimester of pregnancy. Where a practitioner had a strong practice before pregnancy, they may attend regular classes after the first trimester. In this case we request that the teacher is informed and that the practitioner agrees to and signs a specific waiver with the following points:

  • I understand there is an inherent risk associated with any exercise programme including my voluntary participation in yoga that may result in injury. The exercises related to yoga will challenge my cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal systems associated with: the aerobic, anaerobic, strength, power, agility, flexibility and breathing components of the programme. I understand and am aware that the components of yoga may cause injury.
  • I will take accountability for alerting the teacher of any injury or impairment in advance before class begins.
  • I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination and/or have been given permission from my doctor to participate in a yoga based exercise programme or that I have decided to participate in an exercise programme voluntarily and without the approval of my doctor and do hereby assume all responsibility for participation in yoga exercise associated with Lumi Power Yoga Limited.
  • I and my legal representatives hereby waive and release Lumi Power Yoga Limited from any and all liability and responsibility from injury, accident, illness, legal and medical fees sustained now or in the future resulting from my participation in yoga.

Removal from the venue and possible banning

  • Should any person not comply with any of the rules above, or instructions reasonably given by our staff at the venue, we may first give a verbal warning, which may be escalated to a ban with repeated breaches (except in serious cases, when immediate removal and/or banning may be appropriate). At our absolute discretion we will determine whether someone should be removed from the premises or banned from the venue and the length of the ban.  No refunds of any sort will be given.

Availability of Classes

  • We may change our opening days or hours for operational reasons.  All classes are subject to availability and we may limit availability for health or operational reasons.

Livestreaming

  • For those attending classes via livestream, please note that other people at the venue or other people using or viewing the livestream can see that you are using our service via livestream and may see your name or other personal information which is shown via the livestreaming platform you use.
  • For those attending classes at the studio, please note that other people may see your attendance at the venue.  They may also record on their device, screenshot or otherwise do matters with the video that we cannot prevent. Lumi Power Yoga may also record the classes and share them with other customers.
  • Please see our Privacy Policy further below.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • In consideration of Lumi Power Yoga allowing me to participate in its classes and use its facilities, I agree to the limitations and exclusions of liability set out below, which cover all liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.
  • Lumi Power Yoga will not be liable to me in respect of any personal injury (including without limitation serious injury or death) that I may suffer or sustain directly or indirectly as a result of attending any class(es) or using the facilities.
  • Lumi Power Yoga shall not be liable to me in respect of any other losses arising as a result of any such personal injury including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.
  • Lumi Power Yoga will not be liable to me in respect of any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
  • If a section of this disclaimer is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, that clause shall be deemed to be deleted and the other sections of this disclaimer continue in effect. Our liability to you in connection with any Services purchased through the Site or at the Studio is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Services in question.
  • We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you:
    • for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
    • or any matter in relation to which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

 

STUDIO YOGA CLASS OPTIONS

General Terms and Conditions for Studio Classes

  • All classes must be pre-booked
  • All classes must be paid in advance at the time of booking online
  • Classes start on time, no late admissions even when you have pre-booked. During early morning and for some other classes there is no presence in reception and you will not be able to enter the studio if you arrive late.
  • Please sign in at our Customer Service Desk at least 5 minutes before the start of the class to ensure you can attend the class. Latecomers are not allowed into the class.
  • Many of the studio classes are livestreamed at the same time. Please note that other people joining the class via livestream may see your attendance at the venue. They may also record on their device, screenshot or otherwise do matters with the video that we cannot prevent. Lumi Power Yoga may also record the classes and share them with other customers. However, by arriving early, you can position yourself in the studio where you will not be seen in the camera.

Drop-In 

  • Valid for 60 minute, 75 minute and 90 minute classes
  • Valid 6 months from purchase date
  • Concession of 20% available for students, OAP and unemployed with valid documentation
  • Non-refundable except for medical reasons and with proof of medical certificate

Lumi Love Drop-In

  • Valid for Lumi Love Classes only
  • Valid 30 days from date of purchase
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • No concessions

5, 10 and 13 Class Bundles 

  • Valid for 6 months from purchase date
  • May be used for Lumi Love Classes
  • Concession: 20% discount for students, OAP and unemployed with valid documentation
  • Non-extendable
  • Non-refundable except for medical reasons and with proof of medical certificate

Cancellations with Drop-Ins, Class Bundles and via 3rd Parties:

  • Classes cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the class will be returned to your class bundle and Drop-in payments will be returned as credit to your account.
  • Classes cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the class and no shows will be charged to your class bundle or to your drop in pass.
  • No refunds except for medical reasons and with proof of medical certificate
  • Classes booked via third parties, e.g. ClassPass, will not be cancelled or changed by Lumi Power Yoga

UNLIMITED PASSES

Intro special

  • 21 consecutive days (3 weeks) of unlimited yoga in studio or on livestream
  • Activates on first date of use
  • This is a one-time only purchase per person
  • In the event that the same person signs up for two intro offers, only the first will be recognised. The second purchase can be used as credit towards any other classes at Lumi (except pregnancy and post-natal yoga)
  • Can be purchased after a regular drop-in class
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-extendable
  • Non-refundable except for medical reasons and with proof of medical certificate
  • No concessions
  • Lumi Power Yoga may communicate with Intro Offer members via email and/or by SMS. By providing an email address or mobile telephone number to Lumi Power Yoga, the Member consents to receiving email and/or SMS communications from Lumi Power Yoga, including notices related to these terms and conditions.

Unlimited 30 Days

  • 30 consecutive days of unlimited yoga in studio or livestream
  • Valid for Lumi Love Classes
  • Activates on first date of use
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-refundable except for medical reasons and with proof of medical certificate

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

Monthly Membership – Eagle (from 1 August 2022)

  • No commitment. Unlimited practice at Lumi Power Yoga in the Studio or on Livestream, monthly fee as per the contract. No concessions.
  • Valid for any regular class at Lumi Power Yoga with the exception of Pregnancy Yoga and Post-Natal Yoga.
  • Additional benefits: 1 free guest pass / month, 10% discount on in-house workshops, treatments and private sessions, mat storage at the studio and complimentary mat and towel to use in a class.
  • No minimum commitment with automatic renewal, unless cancelled by either you in writing via email to info@lumipoweryoga.com, or by Lumi Power Yoga, with a minimum notification of 14 days in advance of the next billing date.
  • Monthly payment is via Client authorised credit or debit card
  • If credit/debit card payment fails to authorise for any reason, a late payment fee of £25 will apply in the case of failed or delayed authorisation.
  • The service will be deactivated if the account becomes more than 30 calendar days late.
  • The contract is non-refundable except for medical reasons and with a proof of medical certificate.
  • The contract is non-transferable and cannot be shared with other customers.
  • Membership cannot be suspended (put on hold) during the first month of Autopay Contract. After the first month of membership Autopay Contract can be suspended any time free of charge for up to 1 month at a time. The request to freeze membership needs to be made in writing via email to info@lumipoweryoga.com no less than 14 days prior to the suspension.
  • Membership fees are reviewed regularly, usually on the 1st January, and members will be notified of any changes by email giving one full calendar months’ notice.
  • Lumi Power Yoga may change the terms of the membership, and members will be notified of any changes by email giving one full calendar months’ notice.
  • Lumi Power Yoga may communicate with members via email and/or by SMS. By providing an email address or mobile telephone number to Lumi Power Yoga, the Member consents to receiving email and/or SMS communications from Lumi Power Yoga, including notices related to these terms and conditions.

Monthly Membership – Warrior (from 1 August 2022)

  • No commitment. Unlimited practice at Lumi Power Yoga in the Studio or on Livestream, monthly fee as per the contract. No concessions.
  • Valid for any regular class at Lumi Power Yoga with the exception of Pregnancy Yoga and Post-Natal Yoga.
  • Additional benefits: 1 free guest pass / month, 10% discount on in-house workshops
  • No minimum commitment with automatic renewal, unless cancelled by either you in writing via email to info@lumipoweryoga.com, or by Lumi Power Yoga, with a minimum notification of 14 days in advance of the next billing date.
  • Monthly payment is via Client authorised credit or debit card
  • If credit/debit card payment fails to authorise for any reason, a late payment fee of £25 will apply in the case of failed or delayed authorisation.
  • The service will be deactivated if the account becomes more than 30 calendar days late.
  • The contract is non-refundable except for medical reasons and with a proof of medical certificate.
  • The contract is non-transferable and cannot be shared with other customers.
  • Membership cannot be suspended (put on hold) during the first 3 months of Autopay Contract. After the first 3 months of membership Autopay Contract can be frozen once in a 12 month period free of charge for up to 2 weeks. Additional suspensions are charged at £15 per suspension for up to 1 month at a time. The request to freeze membership needs to be made in writing via email to info@lumipoweryoga.com no less than 14 days prior to the suspension.
  • Membership fees are reviewed regularly, usually on the 1st January, and members will be notified of any changes by email giving one full calendar months’ notice.
  • Lumi Power Yoga may change the terms of the membership, and members will be notified of any changes by email giving one full calendar months’ notice.
  • Lumi Power Yoga may communicate with members via email and/or by SMS. By providing an email address or mobile telephone number to Lumi Power Yoga, the Member consents to receiving email and/or SMS communications from Lumi Power Yoga, including notices related to these terms and conditions.

Monthly Membership – Off-Peak (from 1 October 2022)

  • No commitment. Off-Peak Unlimited practice at Lumi Power Yoga in the Studio or on Livestream, monthly fee as per the contract. No concessions.
  • Valid for all weekday classes from 9.30 am until 6:15 pm plus classes after 7.45 pm as well as all weekend afternoon classes (after 12 pm).
  • This is a no-frills yoga membership. No additional benefits, No account suspension.
  • No minimum commitment with automatic renewal, unless cancelled by either you in writing via email to info@lumipoweryoga.com, or by Lumi Power Yoga, with a minimum notification of 14 days in advance of the next billing date.
  • Monthly payment is via Client authorised credit or debit card
  • If credit/debit card payment fails to authorise for any reason, a late payment fee of £25 will apply in the case of failed or delayed authorisation.
  • The service will be deactivated if the account becomes more than 30 calendar days late.
  • The contract is non-refundable except for medical reasons and with a proof of medical certificate.
  • The contract is non-transferable and cannot be shared with other customers.

Cancellations with Unlimited Passes and Memberships:

  • Any class cancellations need to be done minimum 24 hours before the start of the class.
  • For class cancellations under 24 hours before the start of the class and no shows, a penalty fee of £10 is charged. If you cancel late or do not show up for a class more than 3 times per month, the full drop in rate is charged for each further late cancel or no show to prebooked classes.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Lumi Power Yoga reserves the right to make special offers to targeted client groups. These passes are non-transferable and concessions do not apply. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions for such passes.

Bring a Friend for Free!

This promotion runs on dates specific to each promotion which are defined in our communication via email for each campaign.

Your Friends…

  • get their first class for FREE during the specified period if they have NOT been to the studio before
  • must come to the class with you
  • must fill in the New Yogi form
  • are eligible for the intro offer after their first free class

You…

  • are a student at Lumi and have taken paid studio classes before
  • can bring as many friends as you like during the specified period; max. 2 per class
  • don’t need to pre-book but please arrive early (15 mins) before the class with your friends to make sure you have a space

Terms and Conditions for Online classes

  • Online, livestreamed classes are held via Zoom Cloud Meeting App or similar. You need a device with an internet connection to join the classes. Lumi Power Yoga does not guarantee connection.
  • Classes are LIVE and you may be seen or heard by other participants and teacher if you are not muted and if video is not off.
  • Lumi Power Yoga reserves the right to remove anyone entirely or mute without refund if deemed unsuitable, harmful to Lumi or to others.
  • For classes livestreamed from the studio, please note that people attending the studio classes may see that you are using our service via livestream and may see your name or other personal information which is shown via the livestreaming platform you use.

  • Valid for 6 months from purchase date
  • Non-extendable

LIVESTREAMING Drop-In

  • Online livestreaming classes only

Sweaty Betty Chiswick Promotion

Sweaty Betty Chiswick is offering a 10% discount in store for monthly members (Eagle and Warrior) and for those practicing on 10 or 13 class bundle. You need to show your purchase receipt in store to qualify for the discount. Only valid in Chiswick store, excludes online purchases. Lumi Power Yoga and Sweaty Betty Chiswick reserve the right to withdraw this promotion at any time with no advance notice.

WORKSHOPS

  • Workshops must be prepaid in full at time of booking.
  • Credit is valid only for the workshop booked.
  • Workshops credits are transferable to other yogis but not to other workshops.
  • Non-refundable except for medical reasons and with proof of medical certificate.
  • No concessions.

CANCELLATIONS OF CLASSES OR WORKSHOPS

  • In the unlikely event that Lumi Power Yoga needs to cancel a workshop, full credit or a full refund is given.
  • In the unlikely event that Lumi Power Yoga needs to cancel a class on short notice within 24 hours, full credit is given.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment.
  • For cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the appointment, a full refund applies.

  • For cancellations up to 12 hours prior to the appointment a 25% discount applies.
  • For cancellations less than 12 hours prior to the appointment no refund applies.

TEACHER TRAININGS

  • Participation is subject to successful application.
  • Full participation required for successful completion of the training.
  • For the application deadline please check the terms and conditions specific to the teacher training you plan to attend.
  • A non-refundable deposit is payable on approval of application to secure your space.
  • The full course fee is due at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the training.

  • Fees are non-refundable except for medical reasons and with proof of medical certificate.

  • Refunds and returns only apply to unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

What Information Do We Collect and Why?

We do not collect more information than we need to fulfil our stated purposes and will not retain it for longer than is necessary. The personal data we hold includes personal data you provide to us in person, via our website or by telephone, including personal and contact details (such as your first name, last name, date of birth, gender, billing address, email address, mobile number, health details) you supply when booking a class, signing up for the first time and signing up to our newsletter. Aside from health data, we regard the use and processing of the above personal data within the obligation of a contract entered into with us when purchasing our services. Without out it, we could not provide the services we do (i.e., yoga classes, trainings, workshops, etc.). We may use this information for the purposes of providing, monitoring, assessing and marketing Lumi Power Yoga. We may also use your personal data to inform you of information, new features, offers, services, and products from Lumi Power Yoga from time to time. If you do not wish to receive information regarding offers and studio news, you can opt out from our newsletter at any time. We collect special category health data optionally as it may be in the vital interest of a data subject should there be a risk to health and where these details may prevent further injury or risk. We do also collect financial data which includes personal data which relates to your finances, such as your bank account and payment card details and information which we collect from you for the purposes of the prevention of fraud. We work with a third-party provider, MINDBODY, to store this data (more below).  

How Do We Obtain Your Personal Data?

We obtain your personal data directly from you, either in person (at our studio or otherwise), via our website or by telephone. This could include personal data which you provide when you:

  • Subscribe to our newsletter

We use a system called MindBodyOnline (operated and owned by MINDBODY) for storing your contact details and processing online transactions. MindBodyOnline encodes your card and contact details to ensure the details are safe to transfer to use. Card details you store on your account for online payments are not visible to us and we do not save your card details. MINDBODY is based in the United States, with operations around the world. They store all data in servers and back-up servers located in the US. MINDBODY has Privacy Shield certification which complies with GDPR regulations related to transferring data outside of the EU. Lumi Power Yoga reserves the right to take audio, photo and video recordings in the studio and during classes. Lumi Power Yoga holds the full rights and rights to use such recordings for print and online marketing of Lumi Power Yoga. Lumi Power Yoga will endeavour to inform participants when such recordings are made and considers the processing of this data in accordance with its legitimate interests for business monitoring, training requirements (internal only) and improvement to the studio and its working practices.

Data Retention

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we will only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. In most cases this is for the length of time that you continue to use our services. At the end of that period, your data will either be deleted completely or anonymised, for example by aggregation with other data so that it can be used in a non-identifiable way for statistical analysis.

Live Streaming
