Edyta Grabiec

Hi, I am Edyta, and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years. What began as a personal practice to support my physical and emotional health has evolved into a lifelong journey—and a passion I now share through teaching.

I teach yoga to help others find the same balance, strength, and inner calm that yoga has given me. My teaching style is ” powerful kindness”, rooted in mindfulness and compassion, with a focus on conscious movement, breath, and creating a safe, inclusive space for every student—regardless of experience or background. In a dynamic, powerful flow or a gentle, restorative session, I guide students to connect more deeply with themselves and their bodies.

Yoga helps me every day – supports my physical health, eases stress, and brings clarity and peace to my daily life. It’s a powerful tool for healing and self-awareness, and it continues to teach me how to move through life with more ease and intention.

Yoga is for everyone.It’s not about being flexible or perfect—it’s about showing up, breathing, moving  and being ok with what it  is. I am  honoured to guide others on this path and help them discover what yoga can bring into their own lives.
