Lucie Monbillard

My story

Lucie is a yoga teacher with a background in movement, bodywork, and holistic health. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Lumi Power Yoga, followed by The Art of Assisting training, and is also qualified in Sports Massage Therapy and Zenthai Shiatsu.

She has a strong personal connection to movement through running, gym training, and time spent outdoors. Yoga came into her life as a way to restore balance, support her mental health, and heal from injuries. What began as a physical practice evolved into a deeper exploration of the body–mind connection and became a lifeline for her overall wellbeing.

 

Why And How I Teach

Lucie’s teaching is rooted in her passion for anatomy and movement. She blends precision and safe alignment with a sense of playfulness, guiding students toward integrative strength and deep release while encouraging self-compassion and body awareness.

She creates a supportive and inclusive environment, welcoming students of all levels and always taking time to guide and connect both during and after class. Her approach is inspired by community, health, and the desire to empower others.
