We are here to make the world a slightly better place, starting with breathing, moving and feeling better in our bodies and minds. With smile and ease.

You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to wear fancy yoga clothes. Come as you are and let’s move and breathe together.

We have two large studio spaces, showers and changing rooms. You can bring your own mat or use one of ours.
