    Great for: Beginners and All Levels

    This yoga class focuses on the basics of power yoga and is perfect for beginners while also providing challenge to regular practitioners. An opportunity to build your practice on the foundations of healthy alignment, full body strength and calm, focused mind.

    Expect a full rounded and dynamic yoga that will leave you rinsed and empowered.

  • Strong and Slow - Hot

    Great for: All Levels

    Temperature: 32-35 °C
    This is a strong class where you move much slower than in a regular power class. Through active and long holds, you will bring a deep heat into hamstrings, groin, hips, shoulders and other parts of your body.The opportunity in this class is to physically stay in poses and to mentally focus, cultivating a deep sense of strength.

    Expect a healing heat in your muscles and joints and stimulation of your mind and body on all levels. You will walk out feeling strong and calm.

  • Lumi Sculpt

    Great for: All levels (be prepared to work hard!)

    Temperature: Room temperature

    Powerful and sculpting full body work out that combines a dose of yoga with other mat work using light weights, pilates bands and yoga props. SCULPT class is a series of exercises that strengthen and challenge your whole body in short bursts. It will contribute towards regular yoga practice giving you the next level of strength. It is an experience that leaves you buzzing with endorphins and a sense of uumph in your muscles.
    Expect to work, sweat and be energised!

  • Funk & Flow Yoga

    Great for: All levels, in particular music lovers!

    Temperature: 32-35 °C

    Power flow yoga class taught to funky tunes. This class brings together a flowing sequence of dynamic yoga poses with music to match the movement and to uplift and deepen your practice. Find freedom in your flow; be inspired and let go to the rhythms in this fun class loved by Lumi community.

  • Slow Flow Yoga

    Great for: All Levels, in particular those preferring a gentler, non-heated practice

    Temperature: Room Temperature

    This slow yet powerful yoga practice combines a mindful flow with calming stretches. Slow flow classes start with poses to create strength and awaken energy throughout the body, followed by longer restorative stretches that calm your whole being.

    Expect to connect with your strength and release tension at the same time.

     

  • Yin Yoga

    Great for: All Levels, in particular when you want to RELAX

    Temperature: Room Temperature

    This yoga class is an opportunity to release tension and create new space – literally.

    Yin Yoga is a slow and deep practice where poses are hold for long periods with the aim of improving flexibility and cultivating inner stillness for the urban jungle. Yin yoga focuses on stretching fascia, the connective tissue. It is a perfect complement to power yoga practice.

    Experience dropping resistance and stress in your life, melting away tension in your body, and float out feeling lighter, calmer and more mobile!

  • Meditation

    Great for: Everyone!

    Temperature: Room Temperature

    This open meditation slot is available to anyone taking a class either before or after meditation.  Is an opportunity to come into a calm space and sit for 15 minutes, with the teacher providing some simple guidance. Meditation is an opportunity to slow down and cultivate mindfulness. No prior experience required.

    Expect stillness and simplicity of being.

  • LumiLove Yoga

    Great for: All levels

    Temperature: 32-35 °C

    This is a special power yoga class taught or co-taught by recent graduates of Lumi Teacher training or teachers in training. Lumi Love is a Baptiste Yoga inspired power flow yoga class that combines breath and movement into a dynamic sequence of poses.

    The Drop-in rate of £5 goes towards Lumi Foundation, our non-profit organisation bringing yoga to the local community.

    This class will tone your body and clear your mind. Expect to move, breathe, sweat and be energised – for a great cause!

     

  • Pregnancy Yoga

    Suitable for: any level of experience, from 12 weeks until the baby arrives
    Temperature: Room temperature
    This specifically designed class is taught by experienced pregnancy yoga teacher Lulu Winfield. Classes are a happy mix of women at different stages of pregnancy and with varied experience of yoga.

  • Postnatal Yoga

    Suitable for: Mothers with babies from around 6 weeks until the babies start crawling
    Temperature: Room temperature
    Taught by experienced pregnancy yoga teacher Lulu Winfield this class is a wonderful and playful return to your yoga practice. Lulu welcomes Mammas and babes with open arms – literally! She is on hand to cuddle or hold any little ones and the vibe of the class is happy, noisy and deliciously yogic. Anything goes! Classes are a happy mix of women with babies at different ages and with varied experience of yoga.
