    Our all levels, Baptiste Yoga inspired yoga class that combines breath and movement into a sequence of poses to strengthen, squeeze and stretch your body and mind.

    Taught in a heated studio at 32 to 35 degrees Celsius over 60, 75 or 90 minutes. We invite you to practice at your level and find your authentic expression, on and off the mat. These classes provide challenge and rinse for regular yogis whilst also catering for those with less experience on the mat.

    Expect to move, breathe, sweat and be energised!

  • Lumi Power Yoga Basics – Hot

    The name says it all – this yoga class focuses on the basics of power yoga and is perfect for new yogis as well as for regulars who like a slower flow.

    Taught in a heated studio at 32 to 35 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes. Basics classes are an opportunity to build your practice on a rock of healthy body alignment, mindfulness and an insight into modern yoga philosophy.

    Expect a full rounded and dynamic yoga class with lots of breath and tools for your own practice.

  • Lumi Power Yoga

    Our all levels signature power flow yoga class in comfortable room temperature.

    This yoga class combines breath and movement into a sequence of poses to strengthen, squeeze and stretch your body and mind over 60 minutes. These classes provide challenge and rinse for regular yogis whilst also catering for those with less experience on the mat. We invite you to practice at your level and find your authentic expression, on and off the mat.

  • Power Vinyasa Yoga – Hot

    Dynamic yoga class with a sequence of poses that challenge, rinse and invigorate your body. Each teacher brings their own unique flavour to the classes ranging from a flowing style to longer holds in each pose.

    Taught in a heated studio at 32 to 35 degrees Celsius.

    Expect a full body and mind work-out that creates strength, flexibility and balance on and off the mat!

  • Power Vinyasa Yoga

    Dynamic yoga class in room temperature with a sequence of poses that challenge, rinse and invigorate your body.

    Each teacher brings their own unique flavour to the classes ranging from a flowing style to longer holds in each pose.

    Expect a full body and mind work-out that creates strength, flexibility and balance on and off the mat!

  • Funk & Flow Yoga

    Power flow yoga class taught to funky tunes.

    This all levels class brings together a flowing sequence of power yoga poses with music to match the movement and to uplift and deepen your practice. Find freedom in your flow; be inspired and let go to the rhythms in this fun class.

    Float into your weekend with sweet beats and breaths!

  • Slow Flow Yoga

    A slow yet powerful yoga practice that combines an awakening and mindful flow with restorative stretches.

    This class takes place in room temperature and is for all levels. Slow flow classes start with poses that create strength and fire in all the right places, followed by long yin yoga style stretches.

    Expect to connect with your core and build strength and release tension at the same time.

  • Yin Yoga

    This yoga class is an opportunity to release tension and create new space – literally.

    Yin Yoga is a slow and deep practice where poses are hold for long periods with the aim of improving flexibility and cultivating inner stillness for the urban jungle. Practiced in a non-heated studio, yin yoga focuses on stretching fascia, the connective tissue, and is suitable for all levels. It is the perfect complement to power yoga practice.

    Expect to let go of stress and float out feeling lighter, calmer and more mobile!

  • Meditation

    This guided meditation is for all levels, no prior experience required. Open to anyone taking an evening class.

    Expect stillness and tools to start or strengthen your meditation practice!

  • LumiLove Yoga

    We think you deserve a dose of Lumi Love every day, but this is a very special yoga class of 75 minutes Power Yoga in our heated studio at 32 to 35 degrees Celsius. These classes provide challenge and rinse for regular yogis whilst also catering for those with less experience on the mat.

    The class is open to all, and is taught or co-taught by teachers in training, newly graduated teachers, or guest teachers. The Drop-in rate of £5 goes towards Lumi Foundation, our non-profit organisation bringing yoga to the local community.

  • LumiKids Yoga

    Lumi Kids Yoga is a playful and mindful yoga practice for the younger yogis. Each class includes movement, play, interaction and fun, designed to introduce physical and mental tools for the good life!

    Lumi Kids co-create their practice by bringing their own energy into the group. The classes are a journey of self-discovery to understand themselves better, to cultivate mindfulness and to create an opening to playful possibilities. Through partner and group games children connect with and support each other, allow themselves to share learnings, and create their own expression.

    The environment is friendly, supportive and non-competitive – a community where no yogi is left behind.

    Suitable for children from age 5 to 11.

  • Pregnancy Yoga

    A specific type of yoga taught by experienced pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher Lulu Winfield. You are welcome to join from 12 weeks and can safely practise until your baby arrives.

    Classes are a happy mix of women at different stages of pregnancy and with varied experience of yoga. Our pregnancy classes are taught in our upstairs “Wings” studio in standard room temperature.

  • Postnatal Yoga

    A specific type of yoga taught by experienced pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher Lulu Winfield who welcomes Mammas and babes with open arms – literally! Lulu is on hand to cuddle or hold any little ones and the vibe of the class is happy, noisy and deliciously yogic. Anything goes!

    A wonderful and playful return to your yoga practice, this class is suitable from around 6 weeks until your baby starts crawling. Classes are a happy mix of women with babies at different ages and with varied experience of yoga. Taught in our upstairs “Wings” studio in standard room temperature.
