Terms and Conditions

- for Rental of Studio Space -

Access, Services and Equipment Included in the Rental Fee:

  •  Full use of the studio

  • Mats, blocks, bolsters and straps

  • Sound system

  • Access to toilets (shared with an office on the same floor)

  • Use of kitchenette, including use of kettle, cups and fridge

  • Access via street level and via main studio entrance through the back entrance

    Services & Equipment Available on Request

  • Flipchart stand, flipchart paper and flipchart pens

  • Two small tables and six foldable chairs

  • Projector (fee of £20 per day)

    Conditions of Rental – Using the Space

  • Studio can be accessed at the start of the agreed rental period and must be cleared by the end of the agreed rental period (set-up and clean up time need to be included in the duration of the rental)

  • No shoes inside the studio area. If equipment is carried in from outside, remove shoes on entry.

  • No loud music. No excessive use of incense.

  • All props to be left on the shelves as they were found. Mats to be cleaned after use

    with mat spray and sponges (supplied), rolled up and placed on shelves.

  • Used mugs/glasses/plates to be washed up after use or at the end of the day

  • Any rubbish to be placed in the correct recycling bin

  • Bicycles are not allowed in the studio incl. the ground floor entrance area

  • Be mindful of classes, workshops and treatments in other studio spaces

  • The reasonable cost of repair of any damages negligently or intentionally caused by the Renter or its group to the space or equipment must be paid in full, including scratches or marks on the walls and floor.

    Conditions of Rental – Types of Uses

  • The renter agrees to use the space only for the agreed purpose. Type of use (e.g. yoga, mindfulness, training, photoshoot) to be agreed in writing prior to rental.

  • All rental use is separate from services offered by Lumi Power Yoga directly. Use of Lumi Power Yoga brand to promote events in the rented space is prohibited without separate agreement. Communicating location information is an exception.

  •  Lumi Space is a shoe-free studio and any use requiring shoes is not suitable

  • Lumi Space is available to rent on regular weekly basis subject to availability but not for yoga, meditation or mindfulness classes.

Payment

  •  Non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to confirm the booking

  • Remaining 50% is due by the start of the rental

  • In the case of multiple / block bookings, 50% deposit applies to all dates and times agreed at the outset

  • If booking is made less than 14 days before the rental, full payment is required to confirm the booking.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be made in writing to info@lumipoweryoga.com

  •  Full fees apply for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the hire date

  • If the hire is cancelled earlier than 14 days prior to the hire date, the 50% deposit is held by Lumi Power Yoga Ltd.

Personal Belongings and Safety

  • Neither Lumi Power Yoga Ltd, nor its employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage or theft of any property brought onto or left outside the premises

  • Lumi Power Yoga Ltd is not liable for any damages or claims resulting from the class/workshop/event held in the rented space except that nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude Lumi Power Yoga Ltd’s liability resulting from its negligence

  •  Lumi Power Yoga Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission to the premisesSpecial Conditions

  • Any special conditions are defined in the deposit invoice
