We will explore the hips, understanding why this joint complex plays a central role in our yoga practice and in everyday movement.
Will understand what happens in the hips during key poses and how to practice with more awareness, safety, and intention.
The class will be a progressive mobility sequence to awaken, strengthen, and liberate the entire hip area. Creating space and stability in the hip flexors, glutes, adductors, rotators, and release tension in the lower back. The sequence will guide you toward deeper hip opening, increased range of motion, and—if appropriate for your body—toward splits or similar.
Come ready to learn, move, and rediscover your hips.
