My Story

Yoga came into my life exactly when I needed it. It gave me space to reconnect, soften, and practice self-acceptance. Through this, I discovered how deeply yoga can support both mind and body, and uplift individuals and communities.

 

Why And How I Teach

Teaching allows me to grow while giving back. My classes focus on connecting breath with movement, guiding you to feel present and grounded. Together, we build strong foundations, explore your edge, and create space for growth and possibility.
