THREE KEY PILLARS
1 Gain Practical, Real Teaching Skills: The best way to find your feet as a yoga teacher is to teach yoga. You will be practice teaching from day 1 – yep, day 1!
2 Personal Growth: Knowledge and skills to teach yoga are very important. But who you are being as a yoga teacher and human being is ultimately what connects you with your students. You will reveal your authentic powerful self.
3 Connection and Fun: Yes, we (and you!) will take the training seriously. It will be challenging and intense at times. But the environment is safe and supportive, with the right dose of fun. Most of us learn better with a smile on our faces so we will make sure we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We are not looking for perfection in yoga poses, techniques or knowledge. We focus on cultivating teachers whose teaching is genuine and resonates with others.
