My Story
Jenny started her yoga journey at Lumi Power Yoga, where she sensed that something was shifting within her. Curious about this change, she went on to complete her teacher training to deepen her understanding of the practice and its impact on body and mind. Having experienced the benefits of yoga in her own life, and seeing its positive effects on those around her, she now shares this amazing journey with others.
Why and How I Teach
With a background as a healthcare professional, Jenny brings a grounded and compassionate approach to teaching. She understands how stress can affect every part of life and aims to help people find balance between effort and ease, the yin and the yang, in their bodies, minds and daily routines. Her classes blend strength with stillness and offer an inclusive, welcoming space where everyone feels supported to reconnect with themselves, whether that means building resilience, finding calm or simply taking a moment to breathe.
