Grateful for my mother’s persistent encouragement, I reluctantly joined a yoga class to explore its potential benefits. In that first class, I encountered an exceptional teacher whose guidance resonated with me, making me feel alive and sparking a lasting connection to yoga.

Why And How I Teach
In my yoga instruction, I specialize in the gentle yet profound vinyasa style, emphasizing a deep and informative practice. Central to my teaching philosophy is the ability to listen—both to my own inner self and to the needs of my students.
Through cultivating breath awareness and guiding students through thoughtfully designed sequences, I aim to foster physical and mental strength, as well as inner peace. I encourage students to release self-judgment, creating an open space for them to truly feel and explore their own unique embodiment.
