I’m from Northern Ireland but sadly never picked up the accent as I’ve spent most of my life living in the South East (Kent). My Yoga journey is a little unconventional as I actually started out teaching pregnancy yoga – it’s a very long story! That was over 11 years ago, and here I am now teaching what I love, in a place I love with people I love.
Why And How I Teach
I teach yoga because it makes me happy. Inspiring others, helping others discover their full potential and being a part of their yoga journey is a privilege. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing personal breakthroughs and transformation on a daily basis. My classes are grounded in firm foundations of Baptiste methodology, but leave plenty of space for expression, expansion and opportunity. I like to play with sthira, sukham (tension and release) and let you find the balance. It is your practice – where do you want to take it? What do you want to create for yourself?
